Don't Blame Our Farmers For Your Air Pollution, Haryana Tells Delhi

Haryana Chief Secretary DS Dhesi today said it was unfair to blame its farmers for Delhi's poor air quality when crop residue on just 1 per cent of the total sown area was burnt this year.
